The company sells customisable modern lighting decor inspired by European design.
GOAL:
Improve site conversion rate through data backed website redesign.
The challenge:
The brand sells high ticket decor ($300+) so they did not have the traffic or conversion volume to run an efficient A/B testing program. Nathan, the founder approached us for help improving the conversion rate with a redesign while also maintaining the brand's prestigious image.

PHASE 1:
Research Report
Research is the cornerstone of our process. Before touching design, copy or development we go through an extensive data collection process. Here is what we used
Some of the key areas of improvement we identified were:
- Site navigation
- Contrast and readability of banners and text
- Better messaging to justify the high price point
- In-cart upsells
- Etc
PHASE 2:
Design Brief
After we have identified the UX/UI and messaging leaks in the site we brief our CRO trained expert copywriting and design team on the research report and they use those data points as reference when it comes to what needs to be fixed.
PHASE 3:
Development and launch
Once the design is approved by the client, we proceed to the development phase. To ensure a flawless launch, we conduct thorough quality assurance testing before launching the ecommerce store.
